I will be serving in Knoxville and greater Knoxville area in the high schools there as an area representative. I have lived in Italy the last two years serving with a ministry called Youth With A Mission but recently moved back to Knoxville to serve with FCA ministry. 

My name is Chris McRae, and I am serving as the Area Representative for Montgomery, Choctaw, and Webster Counties in Mississippi. I recently retired after 27 years of teaching and coaching track, cross country, and football. I have been married to my lovely wife Amanda for 24 years, and we have three beautiful daughters, Sara Glenn Carpenter, Janey Beth McRae, and Emmy Lou McRae. I have a son-in-law, Jon Morgan Carpenter, and a grandson, Grayson Carpenter, with a granddaughter (Lettie Ryan Carpenter) due in January of 2026. I have been an FCA sponsor since I started my teaching and coaching career in 1998. I look forward to this next chapter in my life with my family and with FCA!

Hi! My name is Emily Ashworth, and I am from Allen, Texas! I graduated from Dallas Baptist University last May and moved to Nashville this past October. I grew up playing soccer and was highly involved with FCA in high school, so I am super excited to be on staff with the ministry that impacted me so heavily. Prior to joining the FCA team I did social media contract work part-time and worked in my university’s Communications Department during my last year of college. grew up in Texas with my parents and younger brother, Sam. He is exactly two years younger than me (we have the same birthday, haha!).

I’m Lindsey, wife to Ben and mama to Theo, Lucy, and Jack! I love running, a good salad + fries combo, leading worship and True Crime. A long chat over coffee gives me life. My goal is to be happy in the Lord all my days! I serve the Southeast Central Region as the administrative assistant to RDIA Swayze Waters. Previously, I worked for a nonprofit with special needs adults for 5 years. I’m married to my best friend Ben and we have 3 kiddos: Theo (almost 5), Lucy (3), Jack (9 months).

I am excited to be part of the FCA team in the Ocoee Region serving my home county (McMinn) and adjoining county (Meigs). God spoke into my life and opened a door I didn’t even know was a reality or a need in my life. While on this journey to become full-time staff I was reminded of my desire to be a sports writer in college. I did not pursue it because I met a beautiful woman (my wife) and I knew I wanted to be a present husband and, eventually, father. The Lord reminded me of that desire and how I get to do more than just write stories about games that happened, but now I get to be part of stories that are written into eternity AND be around athletics every day!  I have been married to Megan (almost 15 years) and am father to Piper (12), Reed (8), and Isaac (5) all of whom are very involved in athletics in many forms. Middle school, youth recreation leagues, travel ball, etc. Megan and I also love to play adult league softball in the summer with our church.

I got married this past July to my husband Mitchell Walker and we have a puppy named Tyson! I am the youngest of 5 daughters and I have 8 nieces and 3 nephews. I started out college playing softball at Austin Peay State University and just graduated last May from Mississippi State University with a degree in Special Education! I currently work as the youth pastor at my church, and I own my own photography business. In my spare time I love going to the gym, reading, and hanging out with my family! 

After volunteering with FCA as a businessman, I pursued a career in education to be able to go into schools more than my previous volunteering allowed. After rewarding experiences as a teacher, coach, and principal, I started a battle with cancer. Although this battle caused my school retirement and keeps me from being in the schools as much as I enjoy, officially joining FCA allows me to disciple and shepherd students in my home county! I’m blessed God can use broken vessels! 

Alan Duncan grew up as a missionary kid in Kenya, East Africa. His parents were Marshall and Margie Duncan, who moved to Kenya in 1965. Alan attended and graduated high school in 1976 at a boarding school in Kijabe, Kenya, called Rift Valley Academy, where he played soccer and rugby. He then came to the University of Tennessee in 1976 where he walked on as a placekicker. He served in many Pastoral roles over the years but after retiring recently, he felt called to continue with Kingdom work with FCA. Alan's Wife is Andrea and God has blessed them with four children, who are now all married. They are the proud grandparents of 7 grandsons and 4 granddaughters.

Katie has previously served as theDirector of Recreation at a church, coached soccer and basketball recreationally. She was born and raised in Memphis, TN and played soccer as a goalkeeper at Union University. She now serves college athletes at University of Memphis and Christian Brothers University.
